We are thrilled to once again partner with Edrington on a collaborative dinner highlighting The Macallan and Highland Park – two of Scotland’s oldest distillers who share our commitment to excellence, dedication to the highest quality ingredients, and passion for providing delicious and memorable experiences which evoke a taste of place. Join us at 6:00pm on Tuesday, March 26th for an intimate evening in the Gold Bar as Edrington's own Sammy Karachi guides guests through an exploration of some of this spirit's most extraordinary expressions paired with a six course menu.
An evolution of The Macallan Experience hosted by our sister restaurant No. 9 Park, The Macallan at Menton invites guests to begin with a welcome cocktail featuring The Macallan Gold before sitting down to a luxurious tasting menu crafted by Chef de Cuisine Lucas Sousa and Pastry Chef Giselle Miller to expertly showcase the versatility of single malt scotch. Over the course of the evening, we'll transport you to the banks of the river Spey before armchair traveling north to the windswept islands of Orkney.
For The Macallan Master ticket holders, there is the opportunity to taste two true pinnacles of aged scotch: The Macallan M, a blend of the distiller’s rarest barrels,the oldest of which dates back to the pre-World War II era, and The Macallan No. 6, a single cooperage, sherry cask aged scotch named for the distiller’s six pillars of quality and distinctive character. Both are included in The Macallan's Masters Decanters Series which features masterfully complex scotch aged in sherry seasoned oak casks.
